APARTMENT / RETAIL MIXED-USE

First floor: ground level retail space;
Second and third levels: parking structure
Fourth, Fifth, & Sixth Levels: apartments on concrete podium deck. Conventional wood frame/stucco apartment structure built on top of upper parking structure concrete podium deck.
Includes podium level recreation area, secured controlled keypad pedestrian and vehicle entry systems, laundry facilities at each floor, trash chute at each floor, and hydraulic elevator.

SINGLE FAMILY REMODEL​

The original residence was approximately 800sf, and we added approximately 1,158 square feet of living space and a new 2 car garage
+ Plus the conversion of the existing garage to a permitted ADU.
The project consisted of concrete foundation, framing, rough and finish construction of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems,
all performed by CP3 Construction INC.

The project boasts high ceilings on the second-floor addition, and top of the line finishes including:
An expansive 15’ wide shower on the second floor with jacuzzi tubs Zero entry thresholds
Custom cabinetry
Waterfall counters with under-cabinet lighting,
Low voltage prewire for TV Cameras
8 UNIT APARTMENT
Complete remodel and restoration of an 8-unit apartment building, including framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC upgrades, in addition to all new finishes such as flooring, drywall, and hardscape upgrades.
The project consisted of a total of six, 1bed, 1bath apartments, and two 2bed/1bath apartments.

Two three-story duplexes consisting of a total of four, 4-bedroom apartment units.

SINGLE FAMILY HOME REMODEL

Through floor-plan alterations approximately 80% of the home was reframed, all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC self-performed by CP3 Construction, INC.
The home featured stylish, top of the line custom finish materials, high ceilings, zero entry thresholds and curb-less shower entry, Santa Barbara stucco, custom hardscaping, and elaborate landscaping.
Kitchen consists of custom cabinetry with a centerpiece 18’ island with waterfall countertops, including a professional-grade cooktop, oven, wine fridge, and refrigerator.
80 UNIT APARTMENT

Two levels of parking structure (structural concrete podium consisting of one semi-underground and one ground-level vehicle parking garage) with three floors of apartments on a concrete podium deck. Apartment levels are three floors of conventional wood frame/stucco structure built on top of a concrete podium deck.
Units includes a general recreation room with kitchen facilities, gym/fitness facility, swimming pool/spa, full laundry facilities on each floor, hydraulic elevator, and secured and gated access with 24-hour video surveillance.
